7.  Tell sotories about outer space.
8.  Have a "creepy critter" race.

1.  Make a list of emergency telephone numbers.
2.  Learn how to use both private and pay telephones to report emergencies.
3.  Make a home first-aid kit together and pick a special location where
     it will be kept.
4.  Develop an emergency escape plan for your home.
5.  Prepare a simple meal together -- one that a boy might be able to

    prepare by himself in an emergency.
6.  Learn what to do for a nosebleed.
7.  Learn what to do for sunburn.
8.  Learn basic first aid.
9.  Locate a spot to keep an extra family house key.
10.  Learn the "drown-proof" technique from a qualified instructor.
11.  Discuss procedures for having your Tiger Cub go for help if necessary.
12.  Discuss emergency procedures for earthquakes and storms.
13.  Discuss emergency procedures for a flood.
14.  Discuss emergency procedures for a hurricane, tornado, or typhoon.
