Dark Eldar Conversions | Next
This was one of the first conversions that I made on my Raiders. I designed the slave snares to be removable by using plastic "rails" that mount into holes drilled in the deck supports of the Raider. The "rails" were made of 0.030-inch diameter plastic rod that is attached to longer pieces of 0.030-inch rod that support the snares. The snares were made with fine wire and small fish hooks (#16 I believe.) The points and barbs were removed from the hooks for safety.
