Feb 2, 2004: The house has finally been sold. The sale closed officially, a few weeks ago, but we had started talks at the end of November. Unfortunately a family tragedy put everyone on hold for a few weeks(more on this will be forthcoming). Then began several fiascos with one lending institution after another. But everything has been settled. Feel free to browse the pics anyway.
