It's the year 2040. Tokyo has finally recovered from a massive earthquake which killed virtually the entire population of the city.  The source of this miraculous recovery, Boomers, wonders of technology and innovation, these bio-organic humanoid robots were capable of doing what would have took humans decades to do, the restoration of a thriving populace.  But as with many things, what they create, they can also destroy.  Now a special group called the "Night Sabers" combat the few rouge boomers that pop up now and then to reek havoc on the city they helped to restore.  Little do they know, thing's are about to get a whole lot worse.
