This website is an archive or articles and photos about Retired Sheriff Donald Pezzetti, who served as Sheriff of Gogebic County from 1979-2000, making him the longest serving Sheriff in Gogebic County. He was the former owner of the Pezzetti Old Italian Grill. He was a Gogebic County deputy, then Undersheriff and then Sheriff. He later served as a Gogebic County Commissioner and in many different roles over the years on many boards serving Gogebic County. He served his Country in the Army in Korea. One of his favorite things to do was singing. He was in the band Don's Trio which became Members Of The Bar and they performed during the 1960s and 1970s and reunited in the 1980s and 1990s. They were offered a recording contract with Motown Records in the 1960s. This is also an archive of some videos during his time as Sheriff and also his singing. (The videos with him singing are from the 1980s through 2018.) This site is run by his daughter, Shannon, in memory of her wonderful father, who was respected by everyone.
