Buying A Computer - If you plan to buy a computer from a retailer eg. Local Computer Shop, IBM, Dell, Gateway.

Building A Computer - If you're taking the adventure of building your own PC.

In the above systems (in the links above), they are all Windows XP ready. And all the systems are Windows ME capable.
