Avalon was added to the herd in 1998.  He is a large very correct yearling with lots of bone and yet is very smooth blending throughout.  His dam Ariel had 7  BIS  in strong Eastern competition and has placed well at the last 3 National Shows, including 2nd place 4 year old in '98. Her son Alpha was in the 1997 Spotlight Sale and was the '98 All-American Yearling Buck, a daughter was in the '99 Spotlight Sale.  Avalon's sires dam, Anne (10*M 5-02 91 EEE), is a maternal sister to his dam Ariel.
