This is how we in the Enlargement Alliance speak. If you can master these vocabulary words and memorize the mantras, then not only will you understand our major projects better, you can join the Enlargement Alliance culture. Good luck and have fun!

FLOUR!

Meaning: An inside joke that is meant to be completely random, humorous, and yet, intending of something awesome. It is often used as labeling something to be "EA-worthy", if it has some "FLOUR!" in it. It has nothing to do with literal flour.

Origin: Ex-Moodie Floyd member, PJ, actually came up with this one day... He and Sunbuilder were hanging out in a boring class one day in a computer lab. PJ was randomly watching online videos of an old woman cooking food, instead of focusing on his work, while joking around with Alex. During a part of the cooking video, the old woman says "And now you add some flour...". The way she said "FLOUR" was a bit loud and gruff-sounding, which PJ found hilarious and began to constantly repeat as a joke. Alex quickly picked up on it, and one day brought up the joke years later at some point in 2013, and it has since been incorporated into their slang.

Example: Say it with the back of your throat in a slightly loud and gruff voice: "Put a little FLOUR in there!"

Good Juju/Bad Juju

Meaning: To describe a certain vibe one gets from somebody or something, depending on the sayer's perception. (i.e. "Don't go to that place, it's nothing but bad juju!" or "I love that band, I'm getting a lot of good juju from their music!")

Origin: The terms have been around long before the E.A. ever formed, but they were incorporated early on, after Sunbuilder used the terms often around Sebatepta, while also talking about where he got the inspiration to use the terms... from a man nicknamed BBG, who was a joke of an instructor that Sunbuilder had back at Notre Dame. BBG would sometimes say something like... "Do not plagiarize papers, because that's bad juju!", and Sunbuilder thought it was funny, so he would use the term every now and then, and shared it with Sebatepta.

Other information to note: Many people who the E.A. uses this around do not seem to know that these are real words. The group did not make this up, just use them excessively.

HUZZAH!

Meaning: A saying Rafen uses as a replacement for words such as “awesome”, “cool”, “this is great”! Sebatepta and Sunbuilder didn’t start using it until Rafen introduced them to it much later on in 2015. Although, at the same time, Sunbuilder thought he introduced the term to Rafen, since he loved occasionally using the phrase as a reference to Chong and the skit from "Return to the Studio" from The Jolly Jenkins Band EP.

Origin: The term was first used by Sunbuilder when he was voice acting as Chong in the "Return to the Studio" track on The Jolly Jenkins Band EP. It happened when Chong returned to the studio with a katana that he used to attack (and kill) one of the intruders. Outside of the E.A., Rafen has used HUZZAH since he was 14! He and his best bud started using it out of nowhere, and it stuck. Whenever he talks to someone online, he’ll randomly blast HUZZAH! towards an awesome statement. Usually to Sebatepta, when they discuss something creative. Now, it has joined in the Enlargement Alliance.

I Refuse to Believe This is Real!

Meaning: To refuse to believe that it's real. Often said during ludicrous situations.

Origin: During the filming of the Ghost Skit in Season 2, Episode 5 - Stuff, in 2014. Outside of Enlarger’s grandmother's house, Sunbuilder was talking to Enlarger, who was sitting outside of a window, on the edge of the roof of his grandmother’s house. Sebatepta, who played the narrator for the skit that Sunbuilder and Enlarger were completely oblivious to, was commentating on the unfolding of events throughout the skit. Around this time, Sebatepta narrated: "They refused to believe this is real." Sunbuilder immediately repeated: "I refuse to believe this is real!" to Enlarger on cue to go along with the narrator's commentary. It was there that the term was born... The E.A. had to edit the clip, because Sebatepta literally couldn't hold his laughter in the moment after Sunbuilder repeated his commentary from his perspective!

Kriffing
Meaning: This is one-hundred percent NOT E.A.'s word. It is Star Wars profanity. It is used in the Old Republic novels and E.A. uses it quit often. Click here to explore its origins. Just make sure you're on the Legends tab, NOT the canon!

NOice

Meaning: Simply a unique way to say "nice". Add the “Oy”, like “Oy Vey”! Emphasis on the “O” sound. N-Oy-sss.

"How was your day?"

"Very NOice!"

Origin: The Astronomy teacher at Mayfield, which Kevin, Joe, and PJ had, would say it like this. Since he was super fun, he would yell words like “niiiiiiiiiice”, which sounded like NOOOOIIIICE! He sometimes went: “YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES!”

Other information to note: The song SIR! Very NOice on the Gold album was E.A.'s first use of this term. It was originally a Moodie Floyd song that sucked! But the official track was re-recorded by E.A., and is now awesome! Also note that on Live Enlargers, when they performed it, the newly-awesome re-recording didn't exist. So, they acknowledge that the song sucks. But it doesn't anymore!

NOTES!

Meaning: None other than a funny way of saying "notes". Can be musical notes or notes you write to remember something.

Origin: Alex had a horrible class back in high school with an awful excuse for a teacher, who would always stroll into class with a briefcase that he would slam on his desk, and in a slightly flamboyant way, would say to the class: "Take out your textbooks and start taking some nooooteess..." Needless to say, it was an awful class, where they practically did that the entire school year, because the "teacher" couldn't teach for shit, and made the entire class read and take notes out of a boring and useless book, all because he wasn't able to control his stupid class, and thought he would punish everyone by making them do that all semester. Alex and a female high school friend of his would frequently make fun of this teacher and the way he always walked around with his briefcase and would say "notes."

Pronounced “nnnnnn-nOtessss”! With emphasis on the "N”, “O”, and “S".

NOUH!

Meaning: Chong's way of saying "no". His accent is thick, therefore, it sounds like this, and it sounds hilarious. "NOUH!" is often used the same as the word "no", but in a much angrier and serious tone, implying that the speaker's will is absolute and final.

Origin: In the waning days of the Moodie Floyds, Kevin, PJ, and Joe were at a Chinese Buffet having dinner, when Enlarger randomly asked one of the waiters if he and the rest of the group could move to another table, somewhere near the back of the restaurant. The waiter immediately said "no" in his thick Chinese Accent, in a somewhat-hostile tone, and walked away after that. Joe, Kevin, and PJ joked about the incident with Kevin and sometimes Joe, continuing to joke about the whole incident and the way the waiter said "no", ever since, and the E.A. would always say "NOUH!" instead of just saying "no.". Obviously, "NOUH!" was incorporated into Chong's vocabulary immediately.

Pick That Up

Meaning: To pick something up immediately.

Origin: Back in late 2012, shortly before the formation of The E.A., Enlarger and Sunbuilder hung out at Notre Dame a lot, and Enlarger was somewhat interested in getting a student-worker job at the small and crappy library at the college. Sunbuilder told Enlarger to avoid the job at all costs, because it wouldn't be a good use of his time, and he began joking that all Enlarger would be doing was having his rarely-present supervisor throw random stuff across the library and would then force Enlarger to go pick it up and retrieve it for him. Then he'd do the same thing, but with something else, and the process would continue for the rest of the day. All of this would be done while Enlarger’s supervisor would be screaming "Pick that up!!!" in a stupid-sounding and semi low-pitched tone of voice. The term was coined a joke.

Raven-Dark
Meaning: Boris mispronounced Darth Revan, from Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. Now he believes Raven-Dark is the actual name and that he is a real person. This is because Boris' character doesn't even know or care about anything related to Star Wars and was just reading the Return of Nihilus, and Time Alteration Stories because the EA told him to and he was just trying to fit in and be funny with the EA. As Boris continued to read the Time Alteration stories, he read a lot of it which featured Revan, but he was just blankly reading everything and forgetting all about it the next second, yet was still invested enough in the story to wonder what happens to Revan, especially since towards the end of the story, Boris got completely off task and had to be excused frequently so he has since continued asking "What ever happened to Raven-Dark or what his name is?"
Origin: Sunbuilder came up with it off the spot while portraying Boris as a joke which made Sebatepta laugh. It has since become an ongoing joke with Boris' character.
Other information to note: There was an actual Russian black metal project called Raven Dark. It is ironic because Boris portrays a Russian character, so it makes it a little funnier and again, ironic that Boris often talks about Raven Dark. However, Boris is completely unaware of this project and wouldn't be interested in it anyways. And no, Sunbuilder did NOT plan using Raven-Dark ahead of time as an obscure reference to the project by any means. When Sunbuilder and Sebatepta were laughing about Boris' use of Raven-Dark after the first recorded instance of, that was when Sunbuilder suddenly remembred... "Oh yeah, there was an actual Russian black metal project called Raven Dark haha! Oh the irony because Boris is Russian and doesn't know it."
Also: It can be noted that there are times when Sunbuilder mentions Raven Dark, either the Russian black metal project and/or Sunbuilder's character that he named as Raven Dark, as a joke who is Asian and is meant to be Revan as Chong as Raven Dark in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.

Snork Snork/Snorkage!

Meaning: It is often used as a greeting and/or mannerism of joy for E.A. members. It can also be an exaggerated and joking way an E.A. member may wish to creep on somebody.

Origin: Sunbuilder joked with Sebatepta in early 2013, when they were talking about relationships and girlfriends. Sunbuilder joked to Sebatepta that the best way to meet somebody you're interested in for the first time, while leaving a great and lasting impression, is to stand behind them and breathe very hard, heavily, creepily snorking... basically acting like a creepy pedophile with the sniffles or something, who snorks occasionally, while he/she talks and/or laughs. Sunbuilder did a demonstration, and Sebatepta thought it was hilarious and began doing the same... it has since then become an E.A. joke.

Other information to note: Sebatepta frequently says "snork" as a way of letting other E.A. members know that he's in their presence. He always sends Sunbuilder a text saying “Snork”. When they first meet, they give each other a series of snorks!

Example: “Snork snork” - Meaning "I'm here."

Example 2: *Snork snork* "Hiiiiiiiiiiii! I liiiiiike you.... a looooot!!! Would you like some caaaaaaandy!?" *Snork snork and heavy awkward breathing behind her*... OF COURSE THEY DON’T ACTUALLY DO THIS!!! It’s just funny. Ever watched Hey Arnold, 90's Nick?

Sorry, I got held up

Meaning: a joke originally referring to the idea that you've been in the bathroom.

"Where've you been, man?"

"Sorry, I got held up." Use a silly voice.

Origin: When Imperalizer played Knights of the Old Republic II at Sebatepta's house in 2015, he got to the part where Jedi Master Vrook vanished, then reappeared randomly, before a fight scene, immediately saying, "sorry, I got held up". Imperalizer's first reaction was, "was he on the toilet?" They both bursted out laughing. Ever since, they used this joke.

Stay in the Light! Stay in the light!

Meaning: To stay in the light! Say it with a panic, or excitement depending on the situation.

Origin: During the filming of the Ghost Skit in Season 2, Episode 5 - Stuff, in 2014. Enlarger was intoxicated while performing the skit, and was laying on the floor, when Sunbuilder was freaking out about the ghost and how the lights kept turning on and off! Enlarger began crawling away when the room he was in went dark, and began crawling to the nearest source of light he could, while yelling, "Stay in the Light! Stay in the light!" It has since then become an inside joke amongst the members, and occasionally used around Enlarger after he left the E.A.

The E.A. Super-Max Prison

Meaning and Origin: An idea by The Enlarger when he was playing Minecraft and decided to build a super-max prison in the game. It is the idea that all the antagonistic characters, real or fictional will be locked away in an E.A. prision cell somewhere far away. This is also a track on E.A the 8th.

The Red Blob

Meaning: Boris' way of referring to his home country, Russia.

Origin: Sunbuilder came up with the idea when working on The Red Blob EP and the title track with Sebatepta, where Boris would sing about how much he loves his home country, Russia, but as a rather dumb and goofy person who sees Russia as mainly being a big red blob on the face of the Earth. The color red is used as a stereotypical portrayal of Russia, especially the former Soviet Union, and how it and Communism in general was always associated with the color. (i.e. The Red Army, The Reds, etc.) And blob is obviously just a very primitive and silly way of looking at any form of land on Earth, as a blob.

Wa-Tahtah

Meaning: Water. Simply just means water.

Origin: A guy said it this way once as a joke to Joe and Alex in high school, and they remembered it. Now it's E.A. material.

Other information to note: It has heavily been exposed in the hit song A Call For Wa-TahTah from E.A. the 8th in 2014. That song was the first E.A. use of the word.

Zoop Zoop!

Meaning: The word "zoop" is a made-up "magic" word that is meant to imply a desire and/or an acknowledgement of enlargement. It is the equivalent of something a wizard or magician would say such as: "Abra Cadabra", or "Hocus Pocus", before casting their spell. In turn, E.A. members say "ZOOP ZOOP" to make something grow!

Origin: Sunbuilder came up with the words one day in 2013 randomly, as a funny-sounding "magic" word to say when he wants something to be enlarged.

Other information to note: Aside from the most obvious and straightforward use of the word, "ZOOP" has taken on slight variations of itself by E.A. members, and can often be used to imply general happiness and good-will, as well, while still used in the context of intending to enlarge... often directly intertwined with the intent to enlarge one's joy.

Example: "Have a ZOOP-tastic day!" (Equivalent of saying "have a wonderful day with lots of enlarged wonderfulness!)

Example 2: "You ZOOP it out, you ZOOP it out!" - This is a play on Metallica's St. Anger song... In the main chorus of the song's lyrics that plays frequently, there is a part that goes: "You flush it out, you flush it out!" When the E.A. did a joke-cover parody of the song they used "You ZOOP it out", instead. The E.A. had such a great, hilarious, and memorable time repeating the quote, that it became an additionally frequent way of using the word "ZOOP."

Mantras

Basic Rule of Thumb: If it’s small, make it big; if it’s big, make it bigger!

Meaning: As E.A., remember that everything in this universe and beyond shall be enlarged to infinity! When the size reaches infinity, I shall enlarge infinity itself, so that the enlargement will remain infinite in the finite world that I shall enlarge!

Origin: Sunbuilder made it up one day as his "Rules of Enlargement" Mantra. It was first used in Season 1: Episode 7 of A Strange Group of Awesome Creatures "The 'Bigger' Big Apple" by Sebatepta.

We never speak of the M-Place

Meaning: It is filth that is never to enter your mouth, or come out of it! The results of eating it is "Anti-Enlargement." You will be Enlarged, but it is not the way you want to be! This is common sense.

Conditional note: If you still don't know what the M-Place is, think fast food. Sebatepta and Sunbuilder despise fast food for its nastiness. Not only is the food filth, but they are global corporations that make billions off feeding this stupid world junk! Stop eating junk!

With the eternal words of pure enlargement bliss, I enlarge thee'... ZOOP ZOOP!!!
