Joseph J. Mackey the son of John Mackey and Maria "Catherina" Minner was born February 12, 1789 in Sussex Co. NJ. He died January 19, 1870 in Mansfield, Piatt Co, IL.. Joseph married Catherine Cole November 30, 1813. Catherine Cole was born March 21, 1795 in Germany, and died December 28, 1845 in Circleville Township, Pickaway Co, Ohio.
