Animated pictures

Here is a little selection of animated pictures which I created to experiment with animations.

GIF 1: Trains in front of the Monte Rosa Massiv

The term GIF comes from the fact, that specific picures of locomotives, coaches and goods carriages in .gif-format are moved over a static background picture (.gif- or .jpg-format). I plan to write in the near future a small tutorial for people interested in this technique.
