Articles and News Items

The page contains links to various short web-based articles which may have some relevance to various research and presentation projects for our Bioethics course, Gen024.  Initially, I know that the principal source is the CBC Newsworld site.  I seem to be finding more lengthy treatments in Canadian papers such as The Globe and Mail and the Toronto Star as well.  The selection is based on my own interpretation of the topic's relevance and what I find in my daily ingestion of news.  Others are added as I follow leads provided by other ethically-minded folk.

The organization below is a first effort to handle the daily inclusions. The structure is obviously a loose one so your indulgence and comments for refinements are appreciated.  Please email comments or suggests to me: [email protected]

I invite your comments and inclusions for further revisions to this page.  Please (really!) complete the user survey for this site before leaving that final apple on my desk in April.  The survey is not ready yet but it will be available for your completion during that month (NOTE: it is an anonymous survey and will have less influence on your final grade than any wormy apple!)
