Q. What types of payments do you accept?
You may pay for a purchase via credit card (Mastercard or Visa),paypal, check or money order. Paypal is the fastest way and your purchase will be shipped ASAP. You don't have to have a paypal account to use our paypal shopping cart! With paypal it is easy to pay using a credit card or bank account and its very secure. If you have any questions about paypal please visit www.Paypal.com Your purchase will ship when payment is received and, if paying by check, the check has cleared. We will notify you of receipt of payment and date of shipping.
Q. How much is shipping, and how will my purchases be shipped?
We care about our pieces and we want them to bring you joy for years to come. Therefore we take great care in packaging and shipping your purchases. Each piece is placed in a white jewelry gift box and sent to you in a protective bubbler mailer. We know you want your new piece as soon as possible so we ship USPS Priority mail and insurance is included. The shipping and packaging fee for your entire purchase is just $6.10, no matter how many items you buy. We usually ship out Mondays thru Thursdays, and will e-mail you regarding when your purchase will ship..
Q. What kinds of materials do you use in your pieces?
Only the finest quality of course! All the metals in our jewelry are Sterling Silver, Fine Silver, or Gold-Filled (unless otherwise noted, as in vintage components). We also use freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals and pearls, natural gemstones, polymer clay sculpture, and high quality glass beads(pressed glass, lampwork, dichroic).
Q. Why can't I buy more than one of each item?
All the items you see on our website are ONE-OF-A-KIND. We may make a similar piece in terms of style or color, but we do not mass produce any of our items.
Q. I like a pair of earrings, but I don't like the type of earwire they are on. What can you do?
We'll switch them for you! Free of charge! Just mention in the 'note' box during checkout that you would like the ear wires swtiched and mention the kind you would like. Choose from kidney wires, french hooks, posts, or leverbacks. In some cases the earring may not work (be too heavy/large) for a particular kind of earwire and if so we will let you know.
Q. I'm in love with one of your necklaces/bracelets, but it is too small/big for me!
That's ok! We can provide a 2'' extension chain for both necklaces and bracelets. Because of the added cost of this, we do charge $2 per extension chain. Mention in the 'note' box during checkout how many you would like and for what items and we will send you a seperate invoice for these. If something is too large, contact us via e-mail and we'll let you know if it is a piece that can be shortened.
