I only just realised about this tragedy when I watched Angel this evening. His role in Roseanne was played superbly and his role in Angel also played so well, I cried when he died in the series. I hope we can all take something from his life to better ourselves... to remember him.

my name is Morag, I'm from scotland and only today found out the news about Glenn. I'm deeply in shock and would like to extend my very deepest of sympathies to all of Glenn's family, friends, and all who knew him.

I was a fan of Glenn and will always remember him in my prayers, as he was so young, and had so much to live for.

1970-2002
rest in peace, Glenn - we all miss you.

It was on a whim that I watched Angel tonight...and it was on another whim that I thought I would check out what my Buffy update website had to say about Angel lately.  You see...ever since "Doyle" died, I somewhat lost interest.

Imagine my shock and sorrow upon connecting to this site that I just now discover of Glenn's passing.

It will be hard for me to imagine another actor of such talent and passion crossing our paths anytime soon.

As many have said before, he was a treat on "Roseanne".  When I heard him speak Irish on "Angel", my first thought was of his talent.  When I found out speaking Irish was natural to him, I simply kept my opinion, just switching it to his talent in speaking "lower class American" on "Roseanne".

He was a beautiful person who will be sorely missed.  Televison and Movies will be less one great actor for now and ever more.

To his family, friends, and anyone who loved and respected his talent, art, and beauty...I can only say my prayers and thoughts are with you all.

Glenn...I would say God Bless You, but he already has.

Glenn Quinn was an amazing actor who I think touched every one of his fans' hearts'. No matter how bad i was feeling, seeing Doyle on Angel always cheered me up, made me laugh. I'd like to extend my condolences to Glenn's family and his friends who have suffered most at this time. I only recently found out about Glenn's demise and when I did I actually hadnt seen any of Angel with him in it. So, it didn't really touch me. It was only when I saw Season 1 I realized what a fantastic actor he was and I'm sure all-around guy. I hope that now, he is at peace and with God in heaven. Rest in peace Glenn.
Thank you again,

Sarah

I just recently watched the first season of Angel with my daughter and we both fell in love with Doyle he made the show. We both cried when he died on the show and then when we found out he had recently passed away we both cried again. May you rest in peace Glenn. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I was a big fan of Buffy and actually didn't like Angel's character very much from the beginning but watched the spin off anyway and was immediately addicted to Doyle. I was watching a rerun just the other day and wondered what had happened to Glenn Quinn so that he wasn't on the show anymore and to find out if he'd done anything new that I should go see when I lit upon a memorial. I was quite shocked as you all can imagine. He was a great actor. I loved Mark on Roseanne and of course loved Doyle on Angel. My sympathies go out to his family, friends, and fans. He will always be remembered.

you're sad when a character that you grown attached to dies on a show, but when they die in real life that hits you hard! Glenn was only 32 years old and he had his whole life ahead of him. Glenn's life should have never been that short and I hope he rest in peace and may God protect him.
