2. By sending your submissions you agree to allow Storytellers the full rights to alter or use the material as it pertains to our purposes.

3. All submissions or alterations must be the original work of the contributor.

4. No compensation will be paid for any submissions and Storytellers will not be held liable to pay any such compensation at any time in the future.

5. Storytellers is at liberty to alter any or all submissions received to suit the overall objectives of Storytellers.

Should any submission be proven NOT to be the original work of the contributor, Storytellers will immediately withdraw the submission and retract all associated credits or..

12.1 You agree to keep all the Confidential Information confidential and except as explicitly prescribed in this Agreement, you agree not to use, duplicate, disclose or distribute any confidential information, directly or indirectly, to any person.

12.2 You agree not to copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Storytellers service, use of the Storytellers service or access to the Storytellers service.

13. Privacy Policy

13.1 Your privacy is among our top priorities. We will never willfully disclose your personal information to a third party without first receiving your express permission.

13.2 The information provided on your Submission is used solely for the purpose of ensuring that credit is given where credit is due and will not be used for any purpose other than this.

13.3 We also use this information to contact you at your request. The demographic information that we collect from you is used to display information of interest to you and improve your enjoyment of the Storytellers site.

13.4 We may disclose your contact information to a third party in connection with any dispute relating from any submission received when relating to alleged infringement of intellectual or other rights, violations of our use policy or otherwise. We will not otherwise disclose your information unless acting under a good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
(i) conform to legal requirements or comply with the legal process (ii) protect and defend rights or property (iii) enforce the terms of this Agreement (iv) act to protect the interests of our members or others.
