The main event starts @6pm and they are looking for chaperones (adult volunteers). If interested, feel free to e-mail me our the e-mail above (Bart Graves-Coordinator of the event, who has been to our church to publicize Youth for Christ). IF you can't make it, feel free to still share this event with the youth and pray for this outreach in our community.

2pm-3pm Set-Up!

We had about 5-10 youth helping out to set-up!

Silverline (a.k.a. We3Kings-name was changed as the drummer told me they had to change it because the name was already used-new name sounds better!) rockin' the gym later in the evening around 7:15pm

There were around 30 folks sitting on the bleachers as others stood around the gym to watch! If you ever see them "live", watched the drummer do fancy moves with the drum sticks. I had the opportunity to see them several back years ago at a lutheran church in Starbuck. They headlined for Children 18:3!

8:30-9:30pm: Clean-Up!

Thanks to the youth that helped the "older" Senior Citizens" fold-up the inflatables!

Overall, I (Sal) thought the event went very well! I was praying before, during, and after that God will be present. I was even praying that there would be no accidents as I joined other chaperones to make sure this didn't happen! I say about 50-70 youth (of all ages) came in and out during the 6 hour-run event! I had a great time chatting with the youth and adult volunteers present!
