I am interested in pursuing a career involving phytochemistry research especially related to herbal actives. My primary research interests include extraction, isolation, and characterization of active markers from plants using sophisticated instrumentation techniques like HPLC, HPTLC, GC, and spectroscopic techniques like UV, IR, etc. I have also worked on in vitro and in vivo biological screening of plant extracts and its products using various enzyme assays including antidiabetic activity in MIN6 cell lines. currently working on developing herbal actives for various disorders
