Her love of seeing the happiness on the faces of those she served was enough to inspire her pursuit of a career in culinary arts. 27 years later, Anita is as dedicated to the art and craft as she ever has been, and the result is TOWN.
Jack Wang arrived in San Francisco in the heart of China Town at the age of 8. Jack learned to love Chinese cuisine from the varied restaurants scattered throughout the city, and eventually, worked in just about all of them. Jack's passion is authenticity in the presentation, a high level of service, and ensuring his guests feel exceptional.
