The green physiology and genomic club (GPGC) is the first academic club of PMAS-ARID Agriculture University Rawalpindi.
Mission
The aim of GPGC is to discuss the major latest findings about genetics of plants in a monthly gathering of members in PMAS-ARID Agriculture University. On weekly basis, different sessions on plant breeding and genetics of short period of time are held in which university teachers as well as students are invited and cross talks are also held in these gatherings.
Vision
The members of GPGC enter the 21st century with a dedication to become assured in the field of genomics, understanding variability in plant and promote plant health. We aim to transfer the novel learning and knowledge to the next generation of genetics professionals and the students. We will translate new complex ideas of genetics into simple and understandable format.
