Well......We
have to be always prepared for war..Our Executive Chief always makes sure
we train hard..no lepaking(although sometimes we secretly do)...We train
almost everyday except mondays..For saturdays,it would be jogging.and Sundays
we have waterpolo..but when its the competiton(war) season..its train,train,train
the whole week...our daily program consist of a few types..here are some

would be pulling and kicking or either one..depends on the time too.. sprinting:this
is the thing that most of us dread..mr.Ang tests our stamina and endurance..sometimes
its 50m sprinting.sometimes 100m and even 200m IM(this is a dreaded day
for me)but occasionally he would let us go crosswise..and on good mood
days..he gives us relay and the individual medley..But when he's not in
the mood..whoa!..those are bad days.it consists of hard ,tough training
and scoldings when we dun do well..but ahh!..arent we all used to it??=)
