Project Info

Small mobile memory used in 8-bit digital systems, especially in HF-6030 system in SLOT B with HF-10032 serial I2C interface.
HF-1469 is formatted in my THFS file system.

I think 4KB EEPROM is smallest practical memory. In lower density EEPROMS addressing mode is 1 byte only, so other driver must be used.

Formatting memory

Before first use HF-1469 in THOS-1 operating system, memory must be formatted with system data structure loaded into segment 0. Both source code [1] and binary [2] are provided. In this template few things can be optionally entered: 32-bit VOLUME ID (offset 02-05), MM module number, this is my system to enumerate memory modules (offset 0xE0) and VOLUME_NAME (offset 0xF0) which is typically HF project number. If choosen drive is not formatted properly THOS-1 will respond with 0x90 error code (DRIVE_NOT _READY).
