Initially planned as mobile memory, but after burning MM-127 in HF-90149 when connected by error to 5V system (HF-6169) I reconsidered specifications for this project. For mobile memories it is better to use wide voltage 3.3V/5V chips. So this project will be probably changed to fixed memory module for 3.3V systems, such modules are used on THT boards, where connecting SOIC chips are problematic. For mobile SPI memories HF-64111 can be used.
Specification changed to fixed memory module (version 2.xx).
