Memory MM-127 tested OK with HF-6158 with my AVR driver #60010 which was first written for HF-6417 (RDID procedure is the same). This chip will be used in planned module HF-1549.
PCB TDP42238 was used previously in projects: HF-6417, HF-9020.
Update: MM-127 burned during testing with HF-6169 (I forget to switch to 3.3V). I have replacement for this chip but this burned chip forced me to reconsider specifications for planned HF-1547 and HF-1549 modules. Mobile memories modules should be made only with wide voltage chips (3.3V/5V).
