16-button keyboard, detachable, used as local keyboard with various digital systems without built-in local keyboard like HF-6050, HF-6158, HF-6169 etc...
There is similiar model HF-17966 but layout is not compatible, with telephone type buttons A, B, C, D, *, #. THOS-1 Operating System can accept both these types, because there is EEPROM configurable switch for separate drivers (in fact only keyboard decoding table is switched).
For connecting this and HF-17966 keyboards I made special cables 2 x 4 goldpin F <-> F HF-70117 (4 pcs).
Also for ad-hoc connections cables HF-70108 can be used (2x8 goldpin F <-> F, 12.5 cm length).
Other hex keyboards are also avalaible: HF-17597 and HF-17844.
For HF-17597 I developed demultiplexer module HF-1460 and it was used as fixed keyboard for other equipment.
I'm planning to make at least one replica of this keyboard in project HF-15763.
