Project Info

Main board made for Digital System HF-6017 with microprocessor module HF-12217.
This is fourth MCS-51 system built by me.




This system has the following features:
  • 16 I/O pins available as external ports
  • 74373 latch
  • DIP32 flash memory socket
  • Extension board EEPROM (DRIVE2) (planned)
  • HF-10032 interface (DRIVE3)
  • Reset button
  • LED supply voltage control (planned)
  • Protection against reversed supply polarity (planned)
  • XTAL (planned)
