All of them I found in Google Graphics or on various sites or internet auctions (unfortunatelly I cannot give source because I dont bookmarked it).
Some of these texts I have used in RARS.

A - Army

H - Amateur Radio

J - Police/MOI

Police Buenos Aires (AYA?) - pls note P/L at the end of CDE rtlg - this was typical in old times
Police Lvov (polish occupied) - sent from station SQA to SQZ (in polish P/L)

L - Civil Aviation

LS Hindenburg via DDM (Hamburg Aero)

M - Maritime

OXZ - typical pilot MSG
SPH - NOTICE to all ships in PL

ZSJ - CAPETOWN CASTLE/GKGM
S/S UNITED STATES via RCA - this is what can happen when you use this line

N - Navy

USN NCO - about Pearl Harbor

P - PTT

AUSTRIA: Radio Austria
CHINA->PHILIPPINES: You can find callsign which is KAY - RCA MANILLA (under US Imperialistic occupation)
BRAZIL: Companhia Radiotelegrafica Brasileira - polish press rtg with outdated language and grammatical errors :))
INDIA: Marconi's Empire Wireless, Circuit code is TX station callsign VWZ - KIRKER
ITALY: Italo Radio - CDE to Baghdad - it seems they sent it via England - GLP is ONGAR LF TX: 56.27 kHz - it was typical intra european radio service
USSR: blank International Telegram
