4. TOSTEN OSUSON had allodial rights to 5 eng. in T�nesland. He was married to Sissel, the youngest daughter of Ole S�renson (See T�nesland). Tosten died in 1806. The church records says they had the children : a) Marthe, b) Ingeb�r, c) Anna, d) Ole, e) Mari, f) Gunvor, g) Anna, h) Johanne, and i) Osu.
Tosten Osuson sold the farm in 1772 to

5. SVENCHE SCHODRISON SUNDET for 300 rd. Svencke was at that time was engaged to be married to Marthe Tostensdtr. The farm was of 5 eng., and two men testified that there were those houses onthe farm : A small, old dilapidated cottage - 4 rd, a small, old cookhou se - 1 rd, a couple of barns - 5 rd, a couple of cattle houses - 3 rd, and anold building for hot steam bath or grain drying - 1 rd.
In 1789 Svenche gave S�lvskaret and 20 rd to Thorgie Syvertson from T�nesland and got the farm T�nesland in return (See T�nesland).
Svenche and his wife had the children : a) Ole, b) Tosten, c) Mari, and d) Sissel.

6. THORGIE SYVERTSON T�NESLAND who in 1789 got S�lvskaret, at that time called himself Egelien. He was married to Eli Olsdtr. and they had the children : a) Anna, b) Berthe.

7. JENS PEDERSON got the deed to 5 eng. in S�lvskaret on June 27th (the year not mentioned) from Thorgie Syvertson TVERSLAND for 390 rd. Jens Pederson was married to Mari Tostensdtr. In 1794 he lend 260 rd from Thorgie Thorgieson Rudland with mortgage in the farm.
After the death of Jens, the widow sold the farm on auction on June 8th 1799 for 504 rd, to

8. TOMMES JENSON WIKST�L. He was married to Anna Olsdtr.
and the church records says they had the children : a) Aanen, b)Christen, c) Gunvor, d) Gunnar. The church records also mentionan Ole Tommeson died 1818 at age 5 1/2.. Tommes died 10 Dec. 1822 at age 58. The adminstration of his decedent estate was held on8th July 1823, the heirs was then the widow Anna and the children Jens and Gunvor. The widow married Ole Toreson Stensland.

9. JENS TOMMESON took over the farm after his father. He was m.t. Ingeri Evensdotter. The church records says they had the children :
a) Tomas b. 1833, b) Anna b. 1835, c) Birthe b. 1838, d) Ole b. 1840.
In 1840 Jens Tommesen borrowed 50 spd (speciedaler) from Ole Torjusen K�land with mortgage in part of the estate. In 1841 Jens sold to Aanen Torgiusen Haugland 5 eng. in S�lvskaret and 1 2/3 eng. in Stedalen for 580 spd.

10. AANEN TORGJUSEN HAUGLAND 22th June 1846 sold the farm for 620 spd. to Tosten Knutson Haugland, this was the lnr. 213 and lnr. 212b.

11.TOSTEN KNUTSON HAUGLAND was owner untill he died on 14th November 1860 at age 67. After him his widow, Ingeborg Olsdtr. was owner untill she in 1863 sold to their son, KnutTostenson lnr.212b in T�nesland valued 14 skil., and lnr. 213 in S�lvskaret valued 3 eng. for 300 spd. Of this he paid 100 spd., and the rest was pension (folloug In addition she should have fodder for 2 cows, 4 sheeps and 2 goats, and every autemn she should have 3 barrels of grain, 2 barrels potatoes etc.
