Henry is a consultant and trainer providing technical assistance to a wide
range of community organizations and service agencies, as well as medical and
mental health providers.
- Over 20 years experience as a grassroots
organizer and political activist committed to social justice and change.
Nationally known for coalition building among communities of color, women’s and
lesbian, gay, bi and trans political movements
- Over fifteen years experience of
providing HIV/AIDS education and prevention services using the philosophy of
harm reduction for under-served communities
- Extensive experience and
knowledge working with disenfranchised & street communities, particularly
that of transgender, lesbian, bisexual and gay young people of color. Has overseen daily operations for
homeless drop-in centers
- Has developed programming, training curriculums,
outreach strategies. Has directed and supervised HIV prevention street outreach
initiatives in the cities of Boston and New York
- Keynote speaker and guest
lecturer at conferences, festivals, and colleges across the US, and within The Caribbean, Canada, Europe and Asia
- Currently, employed within
