WARRANTY / DEFECTS
All merchandise sold by J&B Emergency Lighting is subject to inspection and
approval for repair, or replacement of merchandise within one year. Customer
will also be responsible for all shipping costs to J&B Emergency Lighting .
No warranty will be valid if the defect was caused by
the customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling.
J&B Emergency Lighting is not responsible for any damages to any person,
vehicle, or other property as a result ofthe use of our products
All products are used at the purchaser's own risk..
All return products must have a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION
issued by J&B Emergency Lighting .
RETURN POLICY
All returns or exchanges must be authorized by a sales
representative within seven (7) days of receipt. No returns will be accepted if the
product has been opened or removed from its original packaging.
No returns will be accepted after 21 days of receipts,
All returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
All returns must be accompanied by their original invoice.
Returned products must be in new, re-salable condition, and in their original packing.
Any customer who refuses delivery of an order will be required to pay the
additional return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee.
These charges must be paid in full before any future orders will be shipped.

J&B Emergency Lighting standard shipping delivery time varies by geographic location.
Once your order arrives it will ship via USPS.
All shipping calculations are based on weight and region of the U.S.
The preferred carrier for international shipments is USPS and extra charges do apply.
