Jaime Young Tamrakar is an award winning photographer and graphic designer. She displays dedication and attention to detail not only in her work but in all facets of life. Her style has an air of elegance and thoughtfulness.
Jaime has been a freelance photographer and designer for a variety of clients from churches to rock bands. She has made brochures, booklets, t-shirts, bookmarks, cd covers, logos, mugs, posters, product packaging, and more. She is skilled at Adobe creative Suite software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
Jaime currently works for a local community college as an Instructional Assistant for the Art department where she regularly designs and applies vinyl signage for the Art Gallery, photographs student sculptures and portraits, creates and revises photography curriculum, and carries out organization projects.
Susan B. Anthony felt that it was important for any liberated woman to be well-rounded. In that capacity, Jaime enjoys cycling, knitting, reading, bowling, tennis, cooking, and of course, spending time at home with her lovely husband in idyllic California.
After completing her Bachelors in Graphic Design, she plans to continue her education and pursue an MFA in Photography. If there are any financially blessed people reading this who are looking for a deserving student to support, Jaime is a perfect candidate.
