This is the last Will and Testament
of me Mary Ann Smitherman of Sunningdale
Villa Robinhood Lane Sutton in the County of Surrey Widow made
in revocation of all wills at any time heretofore made by me
I direct the payment of all debts funeral and testamentary expenses
I appoint Duncan
Stewart of Wallington and my daughter Matilda
Emily Smitherman to be the EXECUTORS and TRUSTEES of this
my will I give my piano to my daughter Julia Frances Nye
give the use and enjoyment of my watch and chain to Julia
Frances Nye during her life and on her death to Matilda
Emily Smitherman and after the death of the survivor of them
I give the same to my daughter Harriet
Ninham Davies I give all my furniture, plate, plated goods,
linen, china, glass, pictures and other effects in and about
my dwellinghouse (except as aforesaid) unto the said Matilda
Emily Smitherman absolutely I give all the residue of my
estate and effects whasoever t the said Matilda Emily Smitherman
absolutely IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this
Seventeenth day of October One thousand eight hundred and ninety
nine - MARY ANN SMITHERMAN - SIGNED by the testatrix Mary
Ann Smitherman in the presence of us as and for her last
will and testament who in her presence at her request and in
the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names
as witnesses the name Smitherson being first altered to Smitherman
throughout the will - E MORRIS GIBSON Jr., DUNCAN STEWART.
ON the 1st day of December 1900 Probate of this Will was granted
to Duncan Stewart and Matilda Emily Smitherman
