This site covers the world of Herpa Wings, Big Bird, and Star Jets in the 1:500 scale. These diecast models are of very high quality, featuring colour schemes from many of the world's airlines.
The Herpa models have been in production since 1992, and over the time there have been constant improvements to the models and their packaging. Rare deleated models, promotional models, and models of limited production numbers are the most sought after by collectors like myself. The Big Bird models have been produced since early 2002. Star Jets producing models of a very high quality, since 2000. This site features the models in my collection, and much more....
My collection has been built up from various sources. Mainly from collectors shops in the UK, Germany, Hong Kong, and the USA. Also a few good examples have been purchased from other collectors around the world.
