| Lua 5 and Lua 4 Quick Reference |
Description

These are reworkings, or adaptations, of the Lua 5 and Lua 4 reference manuals that is found in the Lua distribution into a thin and concise booklet format. I made them because I use Johan Vromans' Perl booklet quite often when I am programming. Very useful for people who do not want to crowd their brains with details. It is detailed enough to replace the manual but thin enough brandish around easily. It's a bit longer than I would like it to be, but it is also intended as sort of a "refresher" guide, as opposed to a 'reference card' style. |
For more information about using the sources or printing the PDF, please see the README file for detailed information. Bug reports are welcome; please send it to [email protected] (remove 'nospam' when mailing) or the Lua mailing list. I am bandwidth-challenged, so my response time will not be instantaneous.

Older Releases
This is the older version of the guide, prepared using the OpenOffice.org 1.0 Writer application. Since I have completely switched to Lout 3.28, this material is deprecated; I no longer maintain it but I am leaving it here for people who might want to fiddle with a WYSIWYG version.
