The rAga you want _is_ the 23rd mAELa gAUrE-manoharE. In the asumpUrNa mAELa padhDhathe that dhEkShethar followed, it was called gAUrE-vAELAvaLE---hence the rAga mudhra in the kRthe.
The composition kAUmAre gAUre is by dhEkShethar. The complete lyrics follow.
A point worth noting in this kRthe is that _all_ the words are nouns/adjectives that are declined in the vocative case. There is no verb, subject or object in the kRthe!
Those readers who have heard/watched the svara-rAga-suDhA TV programme by bAlamuralekRShNa will recognize the kRthe as the one he sang for the rAga gAUrE-manoharE.
