THE
BIG CHILL
1983 **** 103 mins.
This is a quaint and charming little film about a group of friends who have reunited for the funeral of another friend. Lawrence Kasdan, on the most part, hit all the right notes in creating a great comedy for adults which is filled with many great moments. My only qualms are: I thought the cinematography could have been improved upon and it did get a bit monotonous after a while. All in all, though, this is still a thoroughly enjoyable little film with a lot of great music.
Rated R for language, drug use, sexual content, and brief nudity.
