1992 ** 130 mins.
In all honesty, I wasn't sure who I wanted the killer to shoot more: Whitney Houston because the story dictates that she was the one the killer was after, or Kevin Costner for being the most cold-hearted, uncaring supposed-to-be-the-nice-guy character I've ever seen. I could predict just about every line in the two hours and ten minutes this film dragged on. Honestly, I do not understand what all the fuss is about; this film just does not have many good points. I will admit, though, that, as much as I may not like the song, "I Will Always Love You" worked really well at the ending.
"I Will Always Love You" is Number 65 on AFI's 100 Years . . . 100 Songs.
Rated R for language and violence.
