Information:
The Sunshine is a Morian Oruku class freighter. Initially designed as the standard merchant craft, they have been customised by their respective owners to serve purposes as diverse as raiding and scientific research.
When first purchased, the Sunshine was being used as an passenger ship, and has facilities to transport 30 people in relative comfort. As for tactical ability, the Sunshine is a poor fighting ship. The 3 kj polaron weapons would not cause much damage to any ship presently used by the Alpha Quadrant militaries. The weapons are designed for defense against other freighters and shuttlecraft. Fusion torpedoes will penetrate most sheilding, but the primative warheads are not much of a threat to most starship hulls.
The one tactical redeeming quality that the Sunshine has are it's powerful sheilds. These massive sheilds will resist most weapons fire from ships three times it's size.
It is presently used as a transport for Dann's family and employees. He also offers rides in it to the nearby nebulas for tourists and sightseers.
