CASATTA ICE CREAM CAKE

Preparation:
cut  small pieces of 2 mangoes without the skin
finely chop 1 cup of red jelly

Method:
Take a  baking cake tin
place a 1/2 kg of chocolate cake  make a depression in the middle  and  put 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
+chopped mangoes
+2 spoons of Rum
+chopped jelly
+3 spoons of fresh cream
cover it again with vanilla ice cream
Freeze it for 4 hours..................remove it by putting the baking tin upside down on a plate
Decorate it with icing sugar and sprinkle chocolate powder on top

COFFEE HONEY PUDDING

Preparation:
Take 1 cup of maida flour
+1 spoon of baking powder
+1/2 cup of instant coffee powder...............seive the mixture and keep it aside

Method:
Keep some water for steaming in a vessel
Meanwhile...........
Take 3 spoons of butter
+3 spoons of sugar
+3 spoons of honey
+2 beaten eggs............mix all the ingredients well

Add this to the above made maida mixture, it should be a thick batter
Take aluminium moulds, grease it with ghee thoroughly
Put the mixture in the moulds
Close the moulds with kitchen foil paper and place  the moulds  in the steaming water
(see to it that the moulds are only partially immersed in the hot water)
close the lid of the vessel for 20-25 minutes

CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING

Preparation:
Take 3 beaten eggs
+3 spoons of sugar
+3 spoons of coco powder..........mix it well to a thick paste

Meanwhile............
Cut the bread into halves
spread butter on both sides and place them in the baking dish

Method:
Heat 1/4 liter of milk
+disolve 2 full bars of plain chocolate ........stir well
+1 spoon of vanilla essence
+ above egg batter
Pour this entire batter on the bread pieces in the baking dish
place the baking dish in the water turf
Bake it in a pre heated oven (170 deg) for 1 hour

PUMPKIN PUDDING

Preparation:
Grate 1/2 kg of sweet pumpkin
+2 beaten eggs
+1 cup of powdered sugar
+1 cup of thick coconut milk............beat the mixture well

Heat water in a  vessel
Put the above pumpkin mixture in small bowls and place it in the hot water vessel (the bowl should be partially immersed in water)
Steam it with closed lid for 20 minutes
Garnish with dry fruits
OR
You can freeze the mixture for 5 hours and garnish with dry fruits
