To find a Dragonball you must have a Dragonball radar or a Saiyan Scouter.
Those item are useless however, without the attack "Bukujutsu" or a Capsule Corp car.

Earth:To find a Earth Dragonball you need to have the attack "Bukujutsu" or a capssule corp car. Every day you find 1 Dragonball. Earth Dragonballs give you one wish then split up and must be found again.

Namek:To search for Namekian Dragonballs you need the attack "Bukujutsu" or a capssule corp car. Once every 3 days you find a Namekian Dragonball. Namekian Dragonballs igve you three wishes then split up and must be found again.
