During a fight you can't just leave a battle or you will automatically lose, and be suspeded.

If a rule is broken more than once, the consequences get worse and worse until you are ejected.

Vegeta can tell if a chat log is fake. Don't do that.

As for money, ¥500 is payed every week. Money is given out as prizes for the Tenkaichi Budokai. After defeating threats to earth the last standing people get rewards.There are also other ways to get money.
