Non-Commissioned Officer Ranks
Make recommendations for advancement in rank of basic ranked soldiers and responsible for battlefield commanding.


CORPORAL (CPL)

(Addressed as "Corporal")
The lowest of the Non-Commissioned Officer ranks, Corporals serve as team leader of the smallest CTF units (Usually will only manage one soldier). They are responsible for individual training, personal appearance, advancement, and discipline of Soldiers under their command. 

SERGEANT (SGT)
(Addressed as "Sergeant")
Must have served at least five games over a period of two CTF events. Typically commands a squad (1-2 soldiers). Considered to have the greatest impact on Soldiers because they oversee them in their daily tasks. In short, Sergeants set an example and the standard for Privates to look up to, and live up to.

SERGEANT FIRST CLASS (SFC)

(Addressed as "Sergeant")
Generally has served in at least seven games over a period of two CTF events and has a higher officer recommendation. Key assistant and advisor to the higher officers. Generally has served in at least three events. And puts experience to use by making quick, accurate decisions in the best interests of his Soldiers and his team.

MASTER SERGEANT (MSG)

(Addressed as "Master Sergeant")
Must serve at least eight games over a period of three CTF events and has at least two officer recommendations. Principal Non-Commissioned Officer. Not charged with all the leadership responsibilities of a regular Sergeant, but expected to dispatch leadership and other duties with the same professionalism.

SERGEANT MAJOR (SGM)

(Addressed as "Sergeant Major")
Must serve at least ten games over a period of four CTF events and has at least two officer recommendations. SGMs experience allow them to control lower Sergeants and to advise higher Officers.
