| SUBJECT: SEPTIC SYSTEM DYE AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM INSPECTION TEST. DATE: JOB LOCATION: ~ As requested, the Jim Leighton Drilling Company inspected the on-sight system at the above property. ~ I am able to certify that the system is presently in satisfactory working condition. ~ This letter is intended only as a report of the present condition of the on-sight system based upon what I was able to observe and my experience in on-sight wastewater technology. My company has not been retained to warrant or guarantee the proper functioning of the system for anyperiod of time. ~ Numerous factors may effect the proper operation of the septic system. We can not supervise or monitor the use and maintenance of the system. Therefore, this report can not be construed as a warranty that the system will function for a prospective buyer. RESULT: ~ The owners property dye test showed no seepage on the surface ground or in the leeching area at the time of the testing. While doing the test, it was apparent that the septic system has good drawing power.There was no sluggishness when flushing the commodes, no gurgling sounds in the pumbing, no ground mushy underfoot, no low spots beginning to appear in the yard, and no obnoxious odors inside or outside the house. With out any of the above symptoms having occured, the septic system is presently in good condition. There is no guarantee that there will not be a future malfunction, providing the septic tank be cleaned every two to three years depending ont he size of the family and the size of the septic tank.
