UPA 11th Edition rules are in effect with exceptions as noted here and printed in the tourney program. Notes regarding caps (these are official UPA rules): (1) a team may still win after the cap by reaching the target score with at least a two point margin. (2) the cap does not affect timeouts. (3) the current point begins as soon as the previous point is scored. LFFC uses one-point and/or two-point soft caps and a hard cap. One-point soft cap: At cap time, horn will blow once. Finish the point in progress and game is capped at higher score plus one. If you reach that score, it is not necessary to win by two. Two-point soft cap: At cap time, horn will blow once. Finish the point in progress and game is capped at higher score plus two. If you reach that score, it is not necessary to win by two. Hard cap: At hard cap time, horn will blow twice. Finish point; if tied, play one more point, otherwise game over. LEMONY FRESH
