When Ocean Shores is overrun with "shoobies" (tourists in sneakers and tube socks), Ray lets the gang travel to his secret surf spot, provided they never reveal its location. Though Twister tells his brother about the spot, Sam takes the blame for it. They manag e to convince the older kids to go to a lousy beach and enjoy the spot themselves only after Twister owns up to what he did.
