The Kavin Consultants is the brain child of Mr Deepak Singh who has been a through and through HR professional. Recruited by SAIL through an All India Examination as Management Trainee (Administration), he has worked across various manufacturing units and Corporate Office, undertaking critical Human Resources initiatives - Processes, Systems, Employee Engagement and Industrial Relations. After a stint of about 23 years in SAIL, he opted to join a leading Steel manufacturing Company at Raigad, Maharastra, working extensively on implementation of HR Partner’s (Global Consulting Firm) recommendations for transformation of the Company on HR/HRD & Employee Engagement. The HR Transformation Plan coincided with the expansion of production capability and enabled the Company for seamless growth. The effort was rewarded by the Company to head the HR function in three years. He has extensive experience of setting up green field projects in Infrastructure, service and petrochemical sectors.
