CMT are finally on their way out.  After being owned by GTL since mid 2003, the CMT logo's are now rapidly being removed from the fleet and are being replaced with GTL ones.

Some CMT buses have now been repainted into the Darker Red style GTL livery (an Excel, Solo S111ABC and former Greenbus Dart MPD 2083 T37CCK) being repained so far.

The rest of the fleet have GTL names on the front, the majority however still have CMT on the sides with adverts just placed over them.

From what I am aware, overall the fleet has been left and is starting to appear shabbier by the day.  CMT had got it's act together, it's a pity GTL can't get theirs together yet!  We will wait and see!

CMT Buses, which was purchased by Glenvale Transport has now sold out to Stagecoach and the new operations are branded Stagecoach Merseyside.  Many changes have taken place in recent months, notably routes being revised and withdrawn, and more significantly, vast improvements in the bus fleet with 75 BRAND NEW Alexander Dennis Pointer Dart SLFs arriving (with 9 refurbished 2003/2004 examples) together with over 60 Volvo B10M-55s from around Stagecoach UK operations.  The fleet has certainly been upgraded!!
