Bucks
One of the things you think of when you think of Africa is its wide variety of deer.  They are called bucks here and they range in size from very small to very large.  Pictured above is a female Kudu.  Below and to the right is the male.
Impala, above left, are plentiful in Kruger and a favorite prey for the cats
Below left are waterbuck and to the right are the tiny steenbok (we live on Steenbok Laan).  Actually some of the smaller deer are hard for our untrained eyes to identify so if someone knows better I'll correct my identifications.
