People sometimes ask if SkyBiz 2000 is a Pyramid or erroneously refer
to SkyBiz 2000 as a Pyramid without really knowing what a Pyrmid is.
In the industry, "Pyramid" is the name used for network marketing companies
that are illegal and therefore that term should not be used. The
Various legeal jurisdictions have slightly varying definitions, but gegerally
speaking, the legal difinition of a "Pyramid" is when a company pays
compensation primarily for the recrutment of people instead of on sales
of products. SkyBiz 2000 does not pay anything for the recriotment
of people, primarily or otherwise. SkyBiz 2000 only pays compensation
on sales of products.
OTHER COUNTRIES
SkyBiz 2000 is a U.S. company and all of its personnel, equipment,
etc., are located in the U.S. All Associate contracts are entered into
in the U.S., regardless of where the Associate is located, because such
contracts are finally accepted by SkyBiz 2000 when its internet server
delivers the product ordered and/or accepts an Associate's Application
so SkyBiz 2000 is not operating in any other country.
Associates are responsible to see that their activities in their home country are legal. In analyzing this, keep the following in mind:

Associates do not sell anything because all sales are between the purchaser
and SkyBiz
2000. (The company takes orders for, payment from, and delivers the
product to, the
purchaser directly.)

The product is under priced, not over priced, as in the case with many
network marketing
companies.

It costs nothing to become an Associate and nothing to participate fully
in the compensation
plan, and one can sign-up without purchasing the product, so neither you
nor the Company is
selling a Business Opportunity or any other right to participate in a business.
Most laws and
regulations covering the network marketing industry are disigned to protect
people from
losing money on schemes that require some payment. SkyBiz 2000 does
not require any
such payment so there is no investment to lose.
