( H )  JDS  -  DENIES THE UNALTERABLE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF JESUS

JDS doctrine teaches that the Spirit of Jesus Christ needed to be declared righteous from the sins of all humanity when He was in hell.   In the manner that the JDS doctrine wickedly distorts the unalterable justness of the Spirit of Jesus, so also the doctrine does the same with His unalterable righteousness.  JDS teaches that God the Father came down into hell to revive the dead Spirit of Jesus back to life and thus gave righteousness back to Christ.    This evil mindset of JDS is based on a perversion of a verse from 1 Corinthians;

30.  But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:  -  1 Corinthians 1:30

JDS wickedly concludes that the Spirit of Jesus Christ needed to be made righteous from sins in hell.  The teaching misreads the verse in Corinthians to say that Christ Jesus is the one being made righteous.    The teaching believes that once the Lord suffered and died spiritually for sins in hell then God the Father came down and revived Jesus Spirit back to life.  This is to say that God was making and restoring back to the Spirit of Jesus the righteousness He had before dying spiritually for sins.   This not the picture or thinking being promoted in 1 Corinthians;

30.  But of him
are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:  -  1 Cor. 1:30

The direction of verse 30 as to whom is being made righteousness is not directed toward the Spirit of Jesus at all.   It is directed to those persons who are in Him, the christian.  When scripture writes that Christ Jesus is made unto us righteousness,  what that scripture is plainly saying is that you and I, the child of God, are the persons who are made righteous because we are in Christ Jesus.   Scripture clearly reveals the unchangable nature of Jesus and God.  The Spirit of Jesus cannot become unrighteous anymore than God the Father, ( who is also Spirit, John 4:24 ), can.  Righteousness is Jesus divine, unchanging spiritual nature.   Therefore, the child of God who is in Christ Jesus is automatically made righteous with the inherent righteousness which is in Christ Jesus.  The act of being made righteous is not directed at the Spirit of Jesus, as JDS doctrine would have people to believe.  But rather this act is directed at those who are in Him.

If the Spirit of Jesus Christ was made unjust and unrighteous on the cross or in hell then these matters should be written somewhere in the holy scripture of Gods Word.   They are not.  There should be some scripture which specifically and clearly writes that God the Father came down to hell, revived the Spirit of Jesus with life and thus returned and restored righteousness back into the Spirit of Jesus.   However, scripture clearly shows in Isaiah that Jesus is the Righteous servant who justifies many.   The prophet Jeremiah speaks of Jesus, that He is a righteous Branch, the Lord our Righteousness.  Paul clearly writes of the righteousness of one, ( the one namely being Jesus Christ ), who justifies mankind for eternal life.  The priesthood of Jesus is an unchangable priesthood.  His Spirit is the eternal Spirit of an unalterable nature;

17.  For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of
the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)
18.  Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation;
even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.
19.  For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
20.  Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:
21.  That as sin hath reigned unto death,
even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord. -  Romans 5:17-21

11.  He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall
my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.  -  Isaiah 53:11

5.  Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will raise unto David
a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.
6.  In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called,
THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS. -  Jeremiah 23:5-6

8.  Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.  -  Heb. 13:8

22.  By so much was
Jesus made a surety of a better testament.
23.  And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death:
24.  But this man, because he continueth ever,
hath an unchangeable priesthood. -  Heb. 7:22-24

14.  How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through
the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?  -  Heb. 9:14

JDS denies this inherent and unchanging Righteousness of the Lord Jesus Christ.
