QUESTIONS & ANSWERS I
  • NAIL FUNGUS
Q.  HOW DO I USE IT?

NAIL FUNGUS LOTION is a topical application.  This means that it is applied directly to the skin, nail and cuticle.  One must also take special care to pack NAIL FUNGUS LOTION under the end of the nail.  This technique improves absorption.

Q.  HOW OFTEN DO I USE IT?

Twice a day.

Q.  HOW DOES IT WORK?

NAIL FUNGUS LOTION reaches the fungus by absorption.  Filing the nail--which reduces nail thickness--also helps speed recovery.  Mild cases see cosmetic improvement in a few days and experience relief in about two weeks.

Q.  SHOULD I CONTINUE USE AFTER REMISSION?

Yes!  Nail Fungus can and does return.  One should continue use for two weeks after the fungus is gone.  Thereafter random use--once or twice a month--maintains top nail appearance and may help prevent recurrence.

Q.  HOW DID I GET NAIL FUNGUS?

Nail fungus is contagious.  Any nail injury provides a potential entry point for the fungus.  Tight fitting shoes, which compress the toe nails, and shoes that are too sort result in minor and frequently unnoticed nail injury.  Even a small bruise around the edge or under the surface of the nail will provide the fungus with entry point.  Failure to wear sandals at the health club and cutting the nails too short are also common causes.
