GONZALES — An Ascension Parish grand jury indicted two men on sex-related charges in separate cases, Caught Doing Public Sex said Tony Falterman, district attorney of the 23rd Judicial District.
Jerome Williams, 47, of Prairieville, was indicted on aggravated rape, second-degree kidnapping and second-degree robbery.
The indictment stems from an investigation by the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office in a May my first lesbian sex incident when Williams allegedly attacked a pizza delivery woman, Falterman said in a news release Monday.
The investigating detective and the victim testified during the grand jury proceedings, Falterman said.

POLICE have served broadcaster Derryn Hinch with charges for allegedly naming two sex offenders.
Officers arrived at his city apartment building at 8.30am yesterday and served the sex offenders in texas five counts of contravening a suppression order.

NEW BRITAIN — A businessman who pleaded guilty to having sex with a teenage boy will spend four and half teen sex movies years in prison for sexual assault.
Carl Gemino, 64, the former co-owner of Gem Manufacturing in Waterbury, stood in New Britain Superior Court in front of friends and family Wednesday, saying he was disgusted and appalled at his behavior. He stood reading from a prepared statement, hand in his pocket, pausing to compose himself.
"I stand before you ashamed and contrite," Gemino said.
According to his attorney, and friends who spoke before he was sentenced, Gemino suffered from bleeding in the brain that was discovered in 2004. Judge
Angel Nj Sex Joan K. Alexander factored that medical condition into the
anal sex trailers sentence, saying the bleeding contributed to his uninhibited, impulsive behavior.
The sentence was given for sexual assaults on a boy who was 15 at the time of the encounters, which occurred last year. Gemino will also serve 20 years of probation and register as a sex sex groom offender after he's released.

"I'm infuriated by this law," said Timothy C. Moynahan, Gemino's attorney.

"I no longer feel subject to the impulses that were so very persistent," he said.
Although Alexander noted his medical condition, she said there had to be a deterrent to having sex with minors.
"In this court's opinion, sex parties this is not a case about sexuality," she said. "This case is about protecting children."
Alexander struck a balance between the sentencing recommendations of prosecutors and Gemino's lawyer. Prosecutors were asking Gemino be sentenced to a decade in prison, while Moynahan wanted the mandatory minimum of nine months.
When he
